Brew & Bun is a contemporary coffee and bakery brand concept that blends vibrant energy with clean, accessible design to create an inviting urban ritual around coffee and fresh bakes.
Brew & Bun cleverly captures the core offering in a simple, memorable way. “Brew” stands for expertly crafted coffee, while “Bun” represents warm, delicious bakery treats.

The vibrant blue establishes a distinct, modern presence, fresh, energetic, and trustworthy, full of personality standing apart from the earthy palettes common in coffee shops.
A refined serif paired with a clean sans‑serif builds a balanced hierarchy that feels sophisticated yet contemporary. The modern serif brings elegance and craft through fine details, while the geometric sans‑serif, set with wide tracking, provides clear support that lets the wordmark lead without distraction.

I began by researching café and bakery brands to define a unique visual voice, vibrant and modern. I paired a lively blue palette with a refined serif and a clean sans-serif for a distinctive identity full of personality.
For environment visualisation, I used AI image generation tools (Freepik AI, Google Nano Banana) as a rapid ideation aid, allowing me to test the brand across real-world contexts like signage, cups and packaging before committing to final compositions. All brand assets, typography, and logo systems were designed and produced entirely in Adobe Illustrator.
To conclude the project, I created the app interface with Figma.

I delivered a cohesive brand identity and a suite of launch‑ready assets designed to move customers from street discovery to repeat visits, with a vibrant blue, responsive logo suite, and clear typography ensuring standout recognition and effortless readability across signage, menus, packaging, social media and mobile app.
Final deliverables include a full brand guidelines document covering logo usage, colour system, typography scale, tone of voice, and application across print, packaging, digital, and motion.
